Automated People Mover (APM) division
The Plane Train is Hartsfield-Jackson's automated people mover (APM). The Plane Train connects the domestic and international terminals with the Airport's seven concourses (T, A, B, C, D, E and F). The Plane Train is one of two people mover systems managed by the Airport's APM division. The other, the ATL SkyTrain, runs between the passenger terminal and the rental car center.
The APM division's vision is "To become the world's
premier people mover by exceeding our customers' APM expectations."
We will continually assess the quality of our service, listen to customer feedback,
anticipate their needs and strive to create value in their eyes.
The APM division's mission is "To provide the
safest, most reliable transportation possible to the traveling and non-traveling
public." To differentiate Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
