Ongoing APM Improvements

The APM Division is working closely with Bombardier to re-establish vehicle cleanliness as an emphasis area in our routine inspections and we are exploring options for reinvigorating the interior and exterior of the vehicles to bring the system in line with the DOA's vision of "Opening Day Fresh" appearance to our customers.

The recent deployment of Station Smart Signs (large flat-panel displays) at each station door in the Transportation Mall has significantly improved the APM customer experience by providing greater information in an easy to view format and clarifying APM progress between concourses and the CPTC.

Transportation Mall Walking Signs, a recent collaboration initiative, assist passenger's decision when determining options for moving between concourses and the terminal complex
