Office of Public Affairs
Hartsfield-Jackson’s Office of Public Affairs, which cultivates and promotes a positive image of the Airport, consists of four units: Executive Messaging, Intergovernmental Affairs, Public Relations and Creative Services. The professionals in Public Affairs influence public policy, communicate with the media, plan events, manage Web content, and create and design compelling and informative documents. The division also seeks to deliver the Airport’s message to the public via its e-newsletter and pages on Facebook and YouTube. The goal is to build stakeholder trust by disseminating timely, accurate information 100 percent of the time.
The Office of Public Affairs is open from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
