Introduction to planning and Development Guidelines
Planning and Development (P & D) strives to deliver world-class aviation facilities
that meet and exceed customer expectations, and to plan and develop existing and
future aviation facilities in an environmentally safe manner.
The division comprises four teams: Planning & Environmental;
Asset Management and Sustainability; Project Development; and
Facility Management. The directors of these teams report to the
assistant general manager for Planning and Development,
Jim Drinkard, P.E.
