Executive Conference Center Conveniently located in the heart of the world's busiest passenger airport, Hartsfield-Jackson's Executive Conference Center (ECC) is a full-service, state-of-the-art facility consisting of 23 meeting rooms, including press rooms, boardrooms, a VIP Suite, computer workstations and classrooms of various sizes.

ECC Profile

The Executive Conference Center (ECC) is ideal for same-day meetings – offering convenience, easy access, and savings of time and money by avoiding loss of time and the cost of going to an off-airport facility.

We offer a Day Meeting Package (DMP), which includes a meeting room, continental breakfast, lunch, and continuous refreshments as well as T-1 access, conference services and the latest technology that are vital to a meeting’s success. Wireless Internet access is also available in all meeting rooms.

The ECC’s current client base consists of approximately 2,500 companies. Approximately 50 percent of our bookings are repeat business, symbolizing our commitment of going to great lengths to exceed our customers’ expectations. Whatever your needs may be, we guarantee you the same great services that have brought many of the top Fortune 500 companies back to our facility again and again.

EXECUTIVE SERVICES

The ECC provides a wide variety of facilities and equipment for all your business needs:

  • Video-conferencing
  • Basic audio visual (LCD projector or overhead and flipchart w/ markers)
  • Internet Café
  • Catering

GUEST LOUNGE: A comfortable environment with soft furniture, newspapers, magazines, monitor and a telephone. Wireless Internet access is available through multiple vendors in the Airport. Refreshments available.

INTERNET CAFÉ: Enjoy light refreshments, while utilizing our wireless Internet service provided by multiple vendors. Clients must provide their own laptop computers.

HOSPITALITY SUITE: Offers a pleasant, upscale suite to greet guest and socialize in a private setting. Clients may wish to provide registration, issue information about a conference or event, or host VIPs while they wait for specially arranged transportation, or their guests’ flights to arrive.

VIP ESCORTING: One of our professional staff members will escort your VIP from their arrival gate at Hartsfield-Jackson to the Executive Conference Center for their meeting or event. Food and beverage included with day meeting package purchase.

SPA MEETING PACKAGE: A periodic promotion that offers a 30-minute massage with select meeting packages. The SPA service must be scheduled in advance through the Executive Conference Center.
