Guest Relations - Overview
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's Guest Relations office is open
to address passengers' questions, comments or concerns. The more than 150 members
of our customer service and volunteer staff are conveniently located throughout
the Airport to provide assistance. Most of the customer service staff are bilingual
and are essential in the Airport's mission to be the world's best airport by exceeding
Office Hours 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
