Q. During what hours is ground transportation available at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta
International Airport?
A. Shuttle service is available during flight operating hours and taxi service
is available 24 hours per day.
Q. What types of ground transportation service are available?
A. Ground Transportation offers service via taxi, shuttle, charter bus, executive
car or stretch limousine. Transportation via Amtrak, Greyhound, CTRAN (Clayton County
Transit) or MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) is also available
here at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. If you would like

Q. What is the cost to travel via shuttle van or taxi? Are reservations required?
A. The cost will vary by destination. Flat rate information is available
for taxi service. Reservations are not required for shuttle or taxi service that originates
from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Q. Is there courtesy transportation available from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International
Airport to my hotel?
A. Yes. Some hotels offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Please

Q. What should I do if I have lost something outside in the Ground Transportation
Center or inside of a taxicab?
A. Items found outside in the Ground Transportation Center will be turned
into Lost and Found inside of the Terminal. You may contact them at (404) 530-2100.
If you are trying to recover an item that was left inside of a taxicab, you would
need to call the Taxi Starter Manager at (404) 762-0966 or (404) 762-6087.
