DeCosta Receives FAA Kitty Hawk Award
Ben DeCosta, aviation general manager for the Department of Aviation was presented the "Kitty Hawk Award" by outgoing Federal Aviation Administration Southern Regional Administrator Carolyn Blum.
The award is presented at the Administrator's discretion for excellence
in aviation. During her 12- year tenure as Administrator, Blum has presented
a total of 12 Kitty Hawk awards.
