ATL Express Pay on the Way!
By Charisma Cannon
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will soon join the ranks of other airports, such as Miami, Denver and Phoenix Harbor in offering a speedier, more efficient way for passengers to exit its parking areas. ATL Express Pay, the Airport’s newly enhanced parking system, will not only offer convenience and ease at exiting points, but will also allow passengers to pay-on-foot before they even arrive at their vehicles.
“This new system offers increased efficiency, speed and convenience for passengers, but also allows Hartsfield-Jackson to stay ahead of the curve in terms of customer service,” said Parking Manager Katie Stanciel. “Our mission: “To be the World’s Best Airport by exceeding customer expectations,” personifies the parking division’s goal with this new system.”
For now, Phase One of the roll-out will take place in the Airport’s
Park Ride A and C lots, with other parking areas coming online in phases
two and three. With the new system, passengers can expect to see exiting
wait times drop by more than half once all areas of the system are online.
The entire system is expected to be completed by June 2007.
