First spa debuts at Airport
By Roishina C. Henderson

Allison Reese had a little time to kill as she awaited her flight to Oklahoma out of Hartsfield-Jackson. Nestled in a plush, tan leather chair, she was reading a book as the fresh paint on her toenails dried.

Reese had just bought a special pedicure service of polish change at XpresSpa on Concourse C, near Gate C36. The spa, which opened in March, is the first spa at Hartsfield-Jackson.

"This is great — and a good idea to bring a spa to the Airport," said Reese, an Atlanta resident. "It's really meeting the demands of people."

Customers can indulge in a variety of rejuvenating and stress-relieving massages and skin- and nail-care services. There's even a treatment geared just toward men: a facial that helps soothe razor-burned skin.

Other services include waxing, which begins at $20 and offers hair removal from eyebrows to legs. Manicures start at $20, and pedicures start at $35. The skin-care services include mini-facials, seaweed facials and organic facial masks.

The spa sells several related products, such as aromatherapy pieces, massagers and personal care items.

For a complete list of services and products, visit the Web site at www.xpresspa.com.

XpresSpa also gives customers the opportunity to purchase a little take-home pampering. Its selection of products for sale includes aromatherapy pieces and massagers.
