the music! Jazz in the Atrium series returns What a wonderful world! Travelers, get ready to experience an entertaining two weeks at the world’s busiest airport as the ninth annual Jazz in the Atrium music series returns with a toe-tapping lineup. The music series features free performances by renowned, mostly local
artists. Musicians will perform in the Atrium from 5 to 7 p.m. each
weeknight May 17-28. The event is presented in conjunction with the 33rd annual Atlanta Jazz Festival, which is organized by the City of Atlanta’s Office of Cultural Affairs. The Jazz in the Atrium music series provides a sampling of the sounds that music lovers will experience at venues throughout the city during the festival. “Our jazz series mirrors the vibrancy and sophistication found throughout the city,” Marbury said. “It has become a must-see event for our Memorial Day travelers.” The dates and performers are listed below: May 17 Tony Waters May 24 Trey Wright
