
| Artists bring sounds of season to Hartsfield-Jackson Hartsfield-Jackson’s lineup for its 2010 Holiday Music Series features a talented list of performers in a variety of musical styles. The December music series will be held in the Atrium every weekday, December 13-23, from 5 to 7 p.m. The week of December 20-23 also will include musical performances on Concourse E and carolers throughout the concourses. “We hope passengers will share in the spirit of the holidays and enjoy this special treat while traveling through the world’s busiest airport,” said Katherine Marbury, Airport Art Program manager. Frequent travelers, like Denise Anderson, appreciate Hartsfield-Jackson’s rich tradition of offering musical programs throughout the year. “I really like coming to [Hartsfield-Jackson],” said Anderson, who was enjoying the recent Thanksgiving music series. “From cool artwork to amazing music, there’s always a special surprise.” The list of dates and performers in the Atrium is below: December 13: Super Choir December 20: Frets on Fire The list of performances on Concourse E, from 4 to 6 p.m. each day, is below: December 20: Montana Skies Two groups of carolers will rove the concourses from 2 to 6 p.m. on selected days: Like the Dickens (December 20-21) and Toasts of Christmas Past (December 22-23).
Frets on Fire, a children's blues/rock/R&B band, will perform in the Atrium on December 20 as part of the Holiday Music Series. The four students from Henderson Middle School in DeKalb County were a hit when they performed on the plaza of the Ground Transportation center in May.
