Customer Care Representatives
Hartsfield-Jackson Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) are located throughout
the Airport and are available to answer your questions and to make sure you
receive the assistance you need.
CCRs help guide and assist travelers at the security screening checkpoints,
where on an average day, 60 to 70 thousand travelers pass through.
You will find our CCRs stationed at the busy west crossover to provide
information on flights, ground transportation, hotels, conventions and general
information about the city of Atlanta.
Our CCRs also assist travelers throughout the transportation mall, as you enter
and exit the Plane Train.
Besides helping travelers in the above areas, you will find the more than 150 of
these highly-trained individuals assisting passengers throughout the Airport.
Hartsfield-Jackson CCRs are recognized by their green sweaters and vests.
Our CCRs speak a variety of languages to accommodate the diversity of the
Airport's traveling public.
