Hartsfield-Jackson Airport Opens 100th Concessionaire; Hosts Grand Opening for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro on Concourse A

Popular restaurant chain chooses Atlanta for its first-ever airport location

ATLANTA – Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport opened its 100th concessionaire today with the grand opening for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, the popular, 20-year-old international upscale casual restaurant chain. This is the first-ever airport location for P.F. Chang’s.

The restaurant occupies a 5,000-square-foot space on the upper level of Concourse A and seats up to 190 guests.

“We’re excited to welcome a new member to the family of high-quality restaurants and concessionaires who make the world’s busiest passenger airport a more comfortable, flavorful place,” said Hartsfield-Jackson general manager Louis Miller. “P.F. Chang’s China Bistro has a strong reputation for top-notch food and service, and we believe its menu is a great addition to the Airport’s diverse mix of cuisines.”

“We’re thrilled to introduce travelers to P.F. Chang’s unique approach to Asian cuisine,” said Larry Ryback, Chief Operating Officer for P.F.Chang’s. “This milestone is an ideal celebration of how P.F. Chang’s has grown over the past 20 years, as well as an exciting look ahead toward our future development.”

Partnering with P.F. Chang’s on the Atlanta location is Hojeij Branded Foods (HBF), an organization with operations in 10 major U.S. airports. “We’re very pleased to have partnered with P.F. Chang’s to provide this unique Asian dining experience to the 95 million travelers that visit the Atlanta airport each year,” said HBF owner Carol Hojeij.

In addition to serving many of the starters, soups, salads, entrees, sides and desserts that P.F. Chang’s customers have enjoyed for years, the Airport restaurant will also feature a breakfast menu, a selection of gluten-free dishes, and an array of hand-crafted cocktails. Entrees are priced between $14.25 and $27.50. P.F. Chang’s will open at 6:30 a.m. daily.
