World’s Largest Passenger Aircraft Lands at Hartsfield-Jackson
Airport officials and Korean Air to officially celebrate arrival of Airbus A380 with a water cannon salute and aircraft tour

Hartsfield-Jackson will celebrate the arrival of Korean Air’s Airbus A380, the world’s largest passenger aircraft, on Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a water cannon salute. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to an in-flight tour of airbus A380 prior to the reception. Airbus A380 highlights include an exclusive upstairs prestige-class, a duty free showcase and three bars. Korean Air will operate airbus A380 between Atlanta and Asia on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The airline will start daily A380 service to Asia in October.
