Hartsfield-Jackson Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
Airport programming includes live music in the Atrium and a day at the airport for students

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with four local bands and a day at the airport for high school students. On September 20, Swing con Son kicked off a four week concert series. Every Friday during Hispanic Heritage Month, a local band will perform in the Atrium providing entertainment for passengers. On October 10, Hartsfield-Jackson will welcome students of Hispanic heritage from partnership high schools for “Preserving Culture Through Leadership,” a day designed to inspire careers in aviation and leadership. The day will consist of student presentations, airport tours and speakers.
