Notice regarding questions and comments about the upcoming Food & Beverage and Retail
procurements:
The City will accept preliminary questions and comments about the upcoming Food
& Beverage and Retail procurements and the draft Requests for Proposals (“RFP”s)
posted on the Airport’s website through 12:00 noon EST on Friday, January 28, 2011.
The City will review and consider all questions and comments submitted before that
time and will make appropriate revisions to the RFPs prior to formal advertisement.
The City will not otherwise provide written response to questions and comments at
this time. Please note that there will be an opportunity for all potential proponents
to submit questions following the pre-proposal conference and site tour currently
scheduled for mid-February 2011.
