Services Being Procured: This invitation to Bid ("ITB")
from qualified bidders ("Bidder or "Bidders") by the city of Atlanta ("City"),
on behalf of its Department of Aviation ("DOA"), seeks to procure the following
services ("Services"): A more detailed Scope of Services sought in this
procurement is set forth in Exhibit E, Scope of Work and Technical
Specifications, attached to the Services Agreement ("Services Agreement");
Contract No. FC-6610; Runway 8L/26R Pavement Replacement, included at Part 2 See
minimum requirements in Advertising.
Sealed Bids for Project Number (FC-6610) – will be
received by Designated Staff of the Department of Procurement at 55 Trinity
Avenue S.W., City Hall South, Suite 1900, Atlanta, GA 30303, no later than
Wednesday, May 29, 2013. ABSOLUTELY NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 1:59
P.M.
Bidders must submit on the forms provided in the
proposal document and shall be sealed in envelopes, clearly marked and labeled
with the formal contract number (FC 6610), the title of the project, full name and complete address of bidder
and date and time proposals are due. All proposals must be hand delivered,
mailed via United States Postal Services or delivered by courier service. No
facsimile(s) will be accepted.
All forms required by the NOTICE OF REQUIRED SUBMITTALS must be included
in the bid. The bids shall contain the full name of each person, firm or
corporation and the complete address. This ITB is being made available by
electronic means. If accepted by such means, then the Proponent acknowledges and
accepts full responsibility to insure that no changes are made to the RFP.

Services Being Procured:
The City is solicitng proposals from interested proponents to provide
miscellaneous construction services on and off Airport property. Task
orders issued under the contract include, but not limited to sanitary Sewer
System-Maintenance/Upgrade/Repair, exterior landscaping, CPTC General Upgrades,
miscellaneous interior finishes, Office Build-Outs, and ceiling modifications..

at the Atlanta Airport Terminal Corporation offices, North Terminal, 3rd
Floor.
Scope of
Services:
AATC is soliciting interested bidders to furnish all labor, materials,
equipment, tools, supplies, services, supervision and all other necessary
incidentals for the total satisfactory and timely performance to complete the
Terminal and Concourse T 3rd Party Testing and Inspection Services at the
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in accordance with the
Contract Agreement Construction Period, all associated Contract Documents and
the Request for Proposal (AATC) RFP 2013-003) dated April 2, 2013.
Scope of Work: The project scope
consists of performing 3rd Pary Testing and Inspection Services for the Terminal
and Concourse 'T' HVAC Upgrades Project. The work is located in the
Terminal and Concourse T of the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
