| Terminal Complex: |
| The Terminal complex measures 130 acres (52.6 hectares), or 5.8
million square feet. The complex includes the Terminal building and
Concourses T, A, B, C, D, and E – the International Concourse.
Within these Concourses, there are 151 domestic and 28 international
gates. The Airport is free of any architectural barriers to people
with disabilities. |

| People Mover: |
| The Airport's underground, automated people mover connects all concourses
with the Terminal and consists of nine, four-car trains operating
on a 3.5 mile loop track. The time between trains is approximately
two minutes. |

| Cargo Facilities: |
| There are three main air cargo complexes, North, Midfield and South,
a Perishables Complex and an Equine Complex. The total on-airport
air cargo warehouse space measures two million square feet. |

| Runways: |
There are five parallel runways in an east-west configuration:
- 9R-27L = 9,000 feet long (2,743 meters). Category III.
- 9L-27R = 11,889 feet long (3,624 meters). Category I.
- 8R-26L = 10,000 feet long (3,048 meters). Category II.
- 8L-26R = 9,000 feet long (2,743 meters). Category III.
- 10-28 = 9,000 feet long (2,743 meters) Category II

| Parking Capacity: |
| There are 29,334 public parking spaces at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta
International Airport, including 13,566 in covered parking decks,
7,584 in North and South Economy parking lots and 8,184 in the Airport’s
Park-Ride lots. Special parking spaces are also provided for disabled
passengers in each lot. |

| Ground Transportation: |
| Thirty shuttle services offer door-to-door and on-demand pickup
service in the Atlanta metropolitan area and bordering states.Vans
carry seven to 14 passengers and depart every 15 minutes within the
metropolitan area, and every 30 minutes for all other areas. Hartsfield-Jackson’s
taxi loading zone is located within the Ground Transportation Center
just west of theTerminal South baggage claim area. The Airport houses
11 rental car agencies with free shuttle service to and from theAirport.
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is located
on the west end of the Terminal between Terminal North and South baggage
claim areas. The Airport Information and Ground Transportation Center
offers the convenience of arranging your transportation to the downtown
Atlanta, Midtown and Buckhead areas through our exclusive contractor
Atlanta Link. In addition, you may arrange your limo and sedan transportation
needs by requesting the service through Hartsfield-Jackson’s
Host Volunteer or Customer Service Representative booth located next
to Atlanta Link. |

| Concessions: |
| Concessions: There are more than 200 concession outlets throughout
the airport, including 89 food and beverage, outlets, 85 retail and
convenience outlets and 55 staffed service outlets covering approximately
209,000 square feet. |

| Executive Conference Center: |
| The 24,000 square foot, upscale Executive Conference Center at
Hartsfield Jackson is located in the Airport Atrium for the convenience
of business travelers. The facility houses 23 meeting rooms, video
conferencing abilities, computer workstations and catering in an aesthetically
pleasing environment to conduct business. |

| Employment: |
| Hartsfield-Jackson is considered the largest employment
center in the State of Georgia. There are approximately 56,000 airline,
ground transportation, concessionaire, security, federal government,
City of Atlanta and Airport tenant employees. |

| Economic Impact: |
| Total Airport payroll is $2.4 billion, resulting in a direct and
indirect economic impact of $5.6 billion on the local and regional
economy. The total annual, regional economic impact of the Airport
is more than $23.5 billion. |

| 2005 Revenue: |
| Airport revenue was $289,342,426 (unaudited) derived from landing
fees, concession revenues, parking fees and building and land rentals.
In addition, the Airport received $165,116,277 from passenger facility
charges (PFC’s). |
