The Environmental and Technical Services Division of the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation (DOA) has active programs in the areas of aircraft noise mitigation, environmental compliance, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning, and tenant environmental compliance initiatives.

A series of Web pages is provided that contain additional information related to aircraft noise. These pages provide a brief history of the DOA’s activities regarding aircraft noise abatement, a description of the DOA’s Noise and Operations Monitoring System (NOMS), and information on the DOA's Federal Aviation Regulation (F.A.R.) Part 150 Study.
