According to the National Association of Women Business Owners, Georgia ranks number one in growth in number, employment and sales for women-owned firms. The City of Atlanta actively promotes full and equal business opportunities for minority and female business enterprises through the City of Atlanta's Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Programs. Our Minority/Female Business Enterprise (M/FBE) Register will help you locate minority-owned and female-owned firms certified by the Office of Contract Compliance for participation in the EBO Program. For Federal funded projects the DBE certification is required.

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Register will help you locate DBE owned firms certified by the Georgia Department of Transportation under the State of Georgia’s Uniform Certification program. If you are a minority or female-owned business, learn how to apply for certification here.
