1. What are the directions and address of the Airport?

From Downtown Atlanta:
Take I-75/85 South to I-85 to the Camp Creek/Atlanta Airport Exit. Follow the signs to the Airport.

From the West:
Take I-20 East to I-75/85 South to the Atlanta Airport Exit. Follow the signs to the Airport.
or
Take I-20 East to I-75/85 South to the Camp Creek/Atlanta Airport Exit. Follow the signs to the Airport.

From the East:
Take I-20 West to I-285 South to the Atlanta Airport Exit. Follow the signs to the Airport.

From the South:

2. How can I find arrival/departure times for flights?
Real-time flight information is available on our Web site or through e-Alerts to your cell phone or other mobile device via Hartsfield-Jackson’s Trak-a-Flight system, or by contacting your airline directly. With Trak-a-Flight, you can register for e-Alerts or search for arriving or departing flight information.

3. How soon should I be at the Airport before a flight?
For domestic flights, arrive at least two (2) hours before your flight. For international flights, arrive at least three (3) hours before your flight.

4. How do I find out about parking services?
Parking is available on the North and South terminals and off-site locations. For more information, click here.

5. What are the security line wait times?
Security wait times vary. However, real-time security wait time information is available on our Web site or through e-Alerts to your cell phone or other mobile device via Hartsfield-Jackson’s online Trak-a-Line system. You can register for Trak-a-Line or stop Trak-a-Line at any time.

6. What items are permitted for carry-on by TSA?
According to TSA, permitted items must adhere to these guidelines:

3-1-1 for carry-ons - 3 ounce bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-size, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. Three ounce container size is a security measure. Read more about TSA’s 3-1-1 for carry-ons.

7. How can I reach Lost & Found?
Lost & Found is located in the North Terminal behind the Air Jamaica ticket counter. The phone number is (404) 530-2100, or you can report and/or track your lost item via FoundIT!, Hartsfield-Jackson’s online Lost & Found claim service. 8. How can I page a passenger?
To have a passenger paged, please contact the customer service desk of your passenger’s airline. Contact information for airlines operating at Hartsfield-Jackson can be found here.

9. Where is Ground Transportation to local area and hotels?
Thirty shuttle services offer door-to-door and on-demand pickup service in the Atlanta metropolitan area and bordering states. Vans carry seven to 14 passengers and depart every 15 minutes within the metropolitan area, and every 30 minutes for all other areas. Hartsfield-Jackson’s taxi loading zone is located within the Ground Transportation Center just west of the Terminal South baggage claim area. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is located on the west end of the Terminal between Terminal North and South baggage claim areas. The Airport Information and Ground Transportation Center offers the convenience of arranging your transportation to the downtown Atlanta, Midtown and Buckhead areas through our exclusive contractor Atlanta Link.
