Travelers Aid of Metro Atlanta is an international organization of volunteers devoted to offering emergency assistance to travelers worldwide. Additionally, we provide social services to the homeless and low-income families.

8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday

Adjacent to the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau booth in the Airport Atrium.

Meet & Assist Program
For travelers requiring assistance (families, children, seniors and disabled passengers) with connections in Atlanta - to other flights or with ground transportation.
A Travelers Aid representative will greet the passenger(s) at the arrival gate and ensure the individual(s) makes "the right connection."

This is a fee-based service payable in advance.
 Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - starting at $55.00
Monday through Friday - 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. - starting at $75.00
Weekends and holidays - starting at $75.00
(Fees may be higher based on time spent with client)
