This system is designed for current business partners to renew existing permits with Hartsfield-Jackson's Department of Aviation Ground Transportation Division.

RE: 2008 Permit Renewal

Last year, we issued your company a Commercial Ground Transportation Permit, which authorized you to operate a transportation business upon the premises of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (the "Airport"). The Permit will expire on December 31, 2007. Therefore, you must renew your Permit in order to continue operating at the Airport.

In an effort to facilitate a more efficient and effective means of renewing Permits, please download and review a copy of the 2008 Permit from this website. Please sign and return to the Ground Transportation Office no later than December 28, 2007. Please include with your signed Permit an updated copy of an Acord Certificate of General and Automobile Liability Insurance identifying all vehicles that are being insured. Along with those items, please make sure that an Insurance Verification form is completed, signed, notarized and returned with your Permit. Also, include the Company's Fleet Log identifying all vehicles, Company's Driver Log identifying all drivers and the $20 processing fee for 2008. Please bring your 2008 Renewal Packet to the Ground Transportation Office or mail it to:

After the Ground Transportation office receives the above listed items, we will contact your company to schedule an appointment regarding the 2008 Permit. Please remember that the Permit does not become effective until it is executed by the Aviation General Manager.
