Arnaldo Ruiz joined Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in March 2007 as assistant general manager for Commercial Development.

Ruiz has extensive experience in contract negotiations, project management, new product development/implementation, strategic planning, business planning, international sales, reservations sales, customer relationship management, and human resource management.
Before joining Hartsfield-Jackson, Ruiz worked for the American Heart Association in Marietta as the senior vice president – Field Services, for the southeast region.

Ruiz’s work history includes 22 years with Delta Air Lines Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, in such positions as Latin America and Caribbean regional manager – multinational and global corporate sales and general manager - Alliances for Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean.

A graduate of Georgia State University and Georgia Institute of Technology, Ruiz is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis.
